The operational LTD is registered in the intra-community VAT register (VIES), it can issue and receive invoices, it can assign itself an EORI number in order to perform customs operations, it can issue INTRASTAT.
To all intents and purposes it is an operational European company.
All invoices issued in any European country by this company will be VAT exempt.
The minimum share capital of the LTD is 1 euro.
